First off, I'm a child of the one and only God. He has done so much for me in my life. I know that he has my back. There has been so many things that has happened in my life that I can't shake off to being "just a coincidence." I'm not a Christian because I was raised one. I'm a Christian because it's makes logical sense to me, given my experiences, research, and the little human reasoning that i have. I believe that God loves everyone and as such we need to love everyone no matter what. And by "love" I don't mean be hateful to people who don't agree with you and simply call it love. That's ridiculous. I mean love people the way Jesus would, with all of your heart as if they truly were your brother and sister. After all, they are. :-)
I LOVE to study people (hence my studies in Anthropology and Psych) I also love Reading, talking to and meeting interesting people or listening to them speak in a public forum, learning new things, traveling, studying religions, studying people and cultures, trying new things, going to museums and exhibits, going to the theater for plays, ballets, etc., people watching, exercising, martial arts, playing piano, singing, cooking vegetarian food, UNcooking raw vegan food - GO VEGAN, teaching, being altruistic, being out in nature, and exploring my city to name a few.
So many people who live near a big city take it for granted and have never been or don’t go often enough too their attractions. I love going around DC and historic Virginia. One of my favorite places is the Washington Mall, especially the Jefferson Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial. It’s also great for people watching. :-)

I love all types of music. Even some country…some being the operative word. Here's a sample of my tastes.
I love all types of movies it depends on my mood:
I love period films, Foreign films, comedies like “Something about Maryâ€. I don’t care much for dark comedies. They are never really that funny to me. I did, however, think that Slingblade was hilarious and touching, but I don’t think that was supposed to be funny. But you all know it was funny when Dale pushed the guy in the wheelchair in the wall and told him to "get out"…COME ON! i I don't care who you are that there is funny.
I also love a good mindless blow ‘em up action flick. But I love films that make you think, feel, laugh, or get excited. It’s great if you can get that in one film with the exception of Irreversible starring Monica Belluci. That film made me almost puke. We aren’t meant to feel THAT much…talk about greatly acted to the point where it was too real. I don’t need to see that much violence. I had to go on a diet of comedies and happy movies with rainbows and cotton candy just to get myself right after watching that one. I give it 4/5 stars, deducting a star because it’s too good. It’s supposed to make you sick...and it does...literally. Some reviewers even said that they literally vomited. That film just leaves you feeling...violated
But I do love thrillers. In the 80’s I couldn’t get enough slasher films. Every day there was a new one out. But I realized that I don’t need to feed my mind on too much of that garbage. I even like B and C rated movies but only with friends so that we can MST3K them.
I also love martial arts movies and sci-fi, which is why I loved the Matrix trilogy so much (aside from the eye feast of Keanu). martial arts + sci-fi who could ask for more. I also love Hero, Crouching Tiger. I’m so glad that the production in martial art movies isn't as cheesy as they used to be. I also love Anime.
Let's see, when I do watch TV: Scrubs, Arrested Development (soooooo friggin funny), Seinfeld, Everybody Hates Chris, Simpsons, King of the Hill, La femme Nikita, 24, The Highlander, Dexter, Family guy, Nip/Tuck, Alias, VH-1 shows especially I love the 80's. Hey, remember when VH-1 only played videos for older people and MTV only played videos for the 18-34 set? Now all both stations do is have shows about videos that my generation watched. I feel bad for the teenagers now. What videos do they watch aside from the bastardized versions on TRL with people giving shout outs all during the song? Remember Adam Curry, I wonder what he's doing...
I also like to watch Style and HGTV network. I don't watch the news...too depressing. If it's important, I'll hear about it. If it's something like a Nuke, then i'm toast anyway. Might as well stay home and avoid the traffic.
Ever since the first Real World in 1991 I love reality shows, but not all of them. Heck, I don't even watch the Real World anymore. They are getting pretty stupid. Right now, I watch Scare Tactics, Project Runway and The Next Top Model. Although I hate to admit it, I started watch Flava Flav's show, but only to laugh at how dumb it is. "Whoever gets a clock... you know what time it is." HOW CHEESY IS THAT?! I almost choked when I heard that one. Where did they find these hoochies that are actually COMPETING to Flava Flav? I can see competing for Brad Pitt, Shemar Moore, or someone like that. Shoot, even if it were Cory Feldman. At least he was a teen idol once, but Flava Flav?! He's like a little militant Middle Earth troll/orc-like creature with a permanent scowl.
Now i watch I Love New York. I really need to get a life! If her boobs get any bigger and higher she will choke. I feel bad that can't she see that people think she's a big tranny looking joke. I really and honestly do. At least William Hung probably had an idea. Poor thing.
But I digress and finish my rant.
