Detroit Concerts is a booking and managment company that hosts events at all A circuit venues in Michigan area and those venues are, St. Andrews Hall, The Shelter, The Emerald Theatre, The Majestic Theatre, The Magic Stick, The Royal Oak Music Theatre, The Ritz, The Pike Room, The Crofoot, The Phoenix Plaza Ampitheatre, The State Theatre/The Fillmore and The Eagle Theatre. Detroit Concerts also works with The Bullfrog, US-12, The Machine Shop, Simons, The I-Rock and TNTs and many other venues. Detroit Concerts also works with a few A Circuit venues in Toledo, Ohio which include Headliners and Club Bijou, Frankies, and The Rok Bar along with a few others in the Toledo area.
These are some of the artists that Detroit Concerts has worked with in the past: FACTORY 81, D.C.use to book their Detroit area events and their out of state events and D.C. introduced them to TAPROOT, and speaking of TAPROOT, we use to be their main booking agency for the Detroit and Suburban area of Michigan and we booked a few out of state events for them. Detroit Concerts use to work with ROTATION we booked a large portion of their events and Detroit Concerts also handled CRACKJAW, we were their main booking agent and part time manager. Detroit Concerts was full time manager and booking agent for SIMPLE WISDOM, we booked all of their events, we booked them on a full scale national tour with ADEMA & Trust Company from Michigan to California, booked them on tours with HED PE, TRAPT, THE COLOR RED (Which is now known as just RED) and a tour with PRIMER 55.
Detroit Concerts has negotiated deals with record labels from Arista Records, Rude Records, Captivity Records and Metal Blade Records, we have negotiated deals with the William Morris Agency out of New York/California, have also arranged and negotiated full scale tours with national agencys and have worked with Littman & KaHane Management out of California, which is also the same company that discovered GUNS & ROSES.
Detroit Concerts, Bedrock Studios have partnered up with Captivity Records and work with these artists MANSFIELD PARK, ELECTRIC PARK, SIMPLE WISDOM, REMNANT, HEAD ON CRISIS and SWORN RIVAL.
Detroit Concerts are looking for two other acts to fill their roster of talent, we are not looking to be overwhelmed with too many artist's. Detroit Concerts wants to be able to give their full attention to each artist involved with company. Detroit Concerts shows are always promoted in The Metro-Times, Real Detroit, along with posters, an emailing list sent out to over 3500 people, along with the events being listed in publications like; Detroit News, Detroit Free Press, Dearborn Press & Guide, The New Herald, The Flint Journal, The Lansing Journal, The Pit Monthly and also promoted on various music message boards and websites on the internet to make D.C. shows some of the most successfull SHOWS locally!!
