After signing a record deal, touring in Europe, selling out hometown shows, performing at the Warped Tour and South By Southwest, and receiving endorsements from InTune GP, Truth Drums, Regal Tip and GHS Strings, most bands would consider that they had reached their goals and would be completely satisfied. Self-described, “Detroit’s Most Hated Bandâ€, Crackjaw is completely unsatisfied and are hustling to get more.
After their initial release of their debut album Giants From The Stereo, Crackjaw received great interest from record labels, and finally inked a deal with the predominantly hardcore label I Scream Records from Los Angeles, CA & Europe (Agnostic Front, Blood For Blood, Ramallah & Madball). On May 16th, 2006, I Scream Records re-released Giants From The Stereo, and distributed it through KOCH worldwide. From there, Crackjaw has since toured over 400 shows including the entire country and across the Atlantic in Europe. They returned to Europe in the Fall of ’07 to rekindle the growing demand from fans there. With their next record coming out in late 2008, Crackjaw wants to give their fans a taste of what most people will love to hate and hate to love in the future. June 19th 2007, Crackjaw released their five song EP "Gather the Monsters" exclusively on iTunes and released their first DVD "Gather the Giants" in February of 2008.This Detroit hustle band is salivating and ready to consume more. Their past success has not calmed them down, but made them salivate and want more. The music that they make is catching up to their hard work and commitment to the life on the road and when the two meet, Detroit’s Most Hated will become Everyone’s Most Loved.Check out Crackjaw’s "Gather the Giants" DVD Trailer!!!
