Lights Out! (New Song Up)

Lights Out! was formed early 2008 when I was living in Orlando, Florida. While living in Florida, I realized that I had not played a show, or even made music in over a year, which bummed me out. I started writing and recording some acoustic songs, and got bored with it quickly. Prior to Lights Out! I had never sang in a song, mostly just played guitar or drums in bands. I decided right then and there that maybe I would try to sing and make songs about things that I felt. I did the whole acoustic thing for a while and made some shitty songs, then decided that it wasn't working out. I realized that not a lot of people had been making pop music locally, so I decided to go in that route. After getting some good feedback on the first few songs released, and getting signed to RDP Records, I knew that I had to make more songs. I quickly got bored with it, and took a break. Now after about 6 months of not doing anything, I am glad to say the Lights Out is back. The first full length album "GO TIME!" is finished and will be up for sale soon. As for new material, the new record entitled "Changes" will be more hip hop influenced rather than pop. I hope you continue to check back, and listen.
