The power- duo of Lindy and Brant Bazner create a massive sound for just two people. There is nothing missing here- Brant plays rock-solid rhythm guitar while keeping the beat with a foot-driven snare and hitting Cymbals with his hand. Heads always turn when he plays Guitar with a drumstick. Lindy plays her Violin through an amplifier and effects pedals, sounding more like she is playing an electric guitar than a classical instrument. Her Cello sound has been compared to a chainsaw and her Conga style is equally original and intense. The combined result is a sound that is heavy, yet organic and completely unexpected from two people playing acoustic instruments. While their style may be unconventional, it is far from experimental- ROCKWOODS are straight-up rock & roll. Their songs are melodic, catchy, full of hooks and will leave you wanting more.
