Those are the flags of my bloodlines.

..
Passion.
Whether you’re talking about her body of work as an actress, supermodel, cover girl, activist, or, yes, her actual body, the best word to describe Robin Arcuri is “passion.” From the time she burst onto the Hollywood scene as a teen sensation from Huntington Beach, California, Robin Arcuri took on every turn in her career with steely-eyed zeal and passion. She has taken her 5'6" (34D-26-34) natural athletic frame from beauty pageants to the glossy pages of Playboy Magazine to fashion runways world wide, from the small and big screen to Capitol Hill.
Passion has been what has driven the success of Robin Arcuri. And it is passion that shows in her work.
From teen sensation to runway stardom
RA, (as she is now known in Hollywood circles) was discovered when, at the age of 13, she placed runner-up in the Miss Teen California Pageant. Her natural beauty and fervent eyes caught the attention of modeling and talent agencies. Nearly overnight, Robin Arcuri became a sensation. Over her career, Robin has posed for such notables as Maybelline, Emanuel Ungaro, GUCCI, Teen, Vogue, Glamour, Orange Coast, Muscle & Fitness, Shape, Business Week, Cover Models, and Cosmopolitan.
Robin’s passion next took her to fashion runways throughout the world. Told by many that, at 5’6”, she was too short to make it in the rough and tumble world of fashion modeling only motivated Robin to search for such new success. Her natural beauty and athletic build trumped her diminutive frame and clients in the high fashion and fitness markets soon followed. RA became a main stay in runway, editorial, catalog, fashion & commercial print.
Over the years, her interest in cultural diversity has motivated her to travel overseas where she appeared on the runways in Germany, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, and Mexico. In Japan, while modeling for MAD (Models Against Drugs) and Cosmopolitan, she learned how to speak the Japanese language of Nihongo.
While walking the runway she used her buxom assets to fight for a cause, demanding the modeling industry stop promoting and using anorexic models. She led by example as, while modeling, she held a perfect Body Mass Index ("BMI"). Her efforts still serve as a guide for teen model hopefuls to follow.
From runway to the small and big screen
While strutting down the catwalks of the world, Robin knew that her modeling career was a path to her true passion - - acting.
While in film school at CSUF she met Illusionist Shane Nia and began assisting him in performing at the Magic Castle in Los Angeles and The Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, California. A small, but fun stage for the young model, she was smitten with performing.
Later, through the contacts she had made in modeling, Robin got the attention of television executives and, in 1992, made her small screen debut in Miracle Beach as Miss Germany. While the role was not significant, the Arcuri passion took over and she began to pursue a career in acting with the same deliberation in which she had pursued her modeling career.
To date, her television resume includes a guest appearance with Rick Dees on Into the Night as well as a cameo appearance in season three of HBO's hit series Entourage (Adios, Amigos). Arcuri’s significant ability to morph her look made her a natural for TV commercials and she has appeared in ads for Mountain Dew, L'Oreal, Evian, Body Glove, Asssociates National Bank, Badger, and Budweiser.
Television led to movies. In 2007, Arcuri landed a role in Ripple Effect. Currently, she is shooting two feature films and Co Producing another.
The Playboy shoots
Those who have followed Robin Arcuri’s career are no doubt familiar with her shoots for Playboy Magazine. It is there, perhaps, that the passion of her Italian heritage was first shown to a broader audience. She set her own shoots in a manner to demonstrate her inner self.
Her cover shoot for Voluptuous Vixens III (completely sold out) may well be the only time that the eyes of a Playboy model revealed more than her naked body.
Robin Arcuri – activist
Robin Arcuri once told me: “When I was 21, it was all about me.” But as Robin matured in age, she did so in life as well.
As an adult, Robin has decided to use her number one asset – her passion – to speak out on causes in which she believes. Most notably, Robin has become a recognized spokesperson for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, appearing on Capitol Hill for rallies with other activists and Members of Congress. As of 2008 she is the spokesperson for Orange Coast Fencing Academy where she studies classic fencing and encourages young children to get into fencing rather than video gaming and trouble. She is a supporter of the American Cancer Society, Half The Sky, Ducks Unlimited, and Amnesty International. She has appeared publicly with Lauren Anderson, in support of PETA causes. Arcuri has on numerous occasions expressed that she feels she has a philanthropic duty to those less fortunate and that is exactly what drives her to success.
The future for Robin Arcuri:
Many (like this author) consider Robin Arcuri the most beautiful Italian American on the silver screen today. Her future lies not only in that ethnic beauty, but the passion which she will continue to show in her life.

PERSONAL LIFE
Arcuri is an only child with 8 half-siblings. She is intensely private about certain aspects of her personal life, has never been married and has no children. Arcuri has been romantically linked with CEO of New York City Telecommunications Company, Inc. E. Denton Jones. In an interview with TEEN magazine in 1990 she stated that she was going to marry her career. She has never smoked and does not use drugs of any kind. She is fond of holistic, herbal and alternative medicine. Arcuri grew up Catholic, Jewish & Baptist, has "great respect for all religions" and enjoys reading religious texts. She and her family have celebrated both Christmas and Channukah. Arcuri has suffered several setbacks during the course of her career. By the time she turned 22 she had all of her immediate family members who raised her, whom she loved most.
TRIVIA
In the beginning of my career agents would ask me if I had any other talents. The most common question asked was if I could sing or dance. All I could do is laugh and say "sure I can sing, if you're hiring me to clear rooms at 2am" As for dancing, in Jazz class at Fullerton State I was told that I have 3 legs. I really admire people who are gifted with a great voice. I can however cut your head off with my sword!
"One of the most annoying things I've had to do in life is teach people how to spell and pronounce A R C U R I"
Was the first model under 5' 7" and over the age of 18 to strut down the cat walk for major couture designers.
Worked as an Illusionist Assistant in 1991 at both the Magic Castle & The Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, California.
Attended finishing school at Crawford in Southern California.
While modeling in Japan, Robin studied Japanese (Nihongo). She currently still speaks Japanese.
Is Native Californian
Collects swords, is studying classic fencing, and is the 2008 spokesmodel for Orange Coast Fencing Academy in Southern California. She is also sponsoring an 8yr old latino child "Ariana" in the program who just placed first in their class finals.
The name Robin means "shining fame".
CHARITABLE WORK AND ACTIVISM
I have become my own version of an optimist. If I can't make it through one door, I'll go through another door - or I'll make a door. Something terrific will come no matter how dark the present". ~Rabindranath Tagore
People often forget that becoming a great actor has nothing to do with being pretty~RA~
"No matter how hard you work there's always going to be someone with a more substantial resume. This especially applies to those who are first generation unto an industry"

"With men ignore most of what they say and pay close attention to what they actually do"

"People are unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered.

-- Mother Teresa
Do not care for Doctrines, Do not care for Dogmas, or sects, churches or temples; they count for little compared with the essence of existence in each man, which is spirituality, and the more this is developed in a man, the more powerful is he for good. Earn that first, acquire that, and criticize no one, for all doctrines and creeds have some good in them. Show by your lives that religion does not mean words, or names, or sects, but that it means spiritual realization. Only those can understand who have felt. Only those who have attained to spirituality can communicate it to others, can be great teachers of mankind. They alone are the powers of light.

Where the Sidewalk EndsThere is a place where the sidewalk ends And before thestreet begins, And there the grass grows soft and white,And there the sun burns crimson bright, And there themoon-bird rests from his flight To cool in the peppermintwind.Let us leave this place where the smoke blows black Andthe dark street winds and bends. Past the pits where theasphalt flowers grow We shall walk with a walk that ismeasured and slow, And watch where the chalk-white arrowsgo To the place where the sidewalk ends.Yes we'll walk with a walk that is measured and slow, Andwe'll go where the chalk-white arrows go, For thechildren, they mark, and the children, they know The placewhere the sidewalk ends.Shel Silverstein
