The Story of Golden Hills started in the spring of year 2003. Christian and Göran were on the road up in the north of Sweden with the soul purpose of making cool music, meeting old friends and basicly having a great time. After ten days, ten songs were recorded. Simple country songs with lots of soul and heart. Their first demo came out and the wheels were in motion. A couple of months later three more members joined the band. Golden Hills recorded their second demo and really started to find their sound. Year 2005 the boys recorded their third demo, this time with a more wall of sound alike sound but still with a little country touch.Now after five years as a band with a solid foundation of four bandmembers Golden Hills are working with new songs and planning a new studio recording in the fall of 2008.
