Well what to say... this is Aissate's page on Myspace but it is actually ju. writing. I met her in Nancy, France like 3 years ago when my friend Lo. introduced me to her musical environment. Like Ninouche, cé, Faz or so many others I'm a big fan of her music (which is most of the time performed alone with a guitar).
It's kinda accoustic, reggae, soul, call it world music if you like, it is inspired by her origins and the actual world, like action & reaction, observation & engagement ... perceive it either as a dream or a manifesto... just someone telling stories with uprightness.
What's the use describing something you can feel ? Just check the tracks and you'll see.
