Heather Watson; now playing guitar, started life as a bassist but found herself without a band in 2003 and decided to take matters into her own hands.

Debuting as a solo act at the Trafalgar in Douglas, Isle of Man, with a set of original songs, Heather went on to gig around the Island and strike audiences dumb with her mixture of folk/alternative/acoustic songwriting.
Now, having been successful in Island competitons, Heather has an 8 track demo CD- 'Dreamer' under her belt and is enjoying new crowds in Derby where she is studying BA Creative Expressive Therapies.
Currently writing new material and frequenting open mics across the city, Heather is hoping to record an album in the Summer with Thom Paige; a degree student who recently recorded 'New Song'.
When possible, Heather travels home to the Isle of Man and a live CD was recorded by David Holland in April 07, including versions of 'Prove Me Wrong', 'Ask Me' and the traditional folk song, 'Black is the Colour'.
Looking for gigs in and around the Midlands; Heather is aiming to free up some time whilst embarking on her third and final year at university, to write and record some new stuff.
