SONGWEAVERS HUMANITARIAN CHARITY CD DEDICATED TO PEACEMany of you already know that we are working on another humanitarian charity CD dedicated to PEACE.The inspiration of Songweavers is to unite us for Peace through music, international dialogue and charitable causes. Although we come from all parts of the world, divided by continents, oceans, mountains, seas and rivers, our site enables us to collaborate, create different versions from the same songs/tracks/lyrics/poetry without physically being in the presence of your collaborator(s). We can come together and play music regardless of geographical distance, race, religion, color or background. Music unites us all, heals our hearts and soul.Not sure if you are aware of the fact that the current President of Israel, Shimon Peres, is a Noble Peace Prize laureate.Mr. Peres heard about Songweavers and donated lyrics dedicated to Peace. Mr. Peres saw a vision that the world can unite for Peace through music and our site can help the world do that.We are looking for members who are interested to take his lyrics and turn them into songs. Together, we can watch many, many versions created just from Mr. Peres's lyrics. The possibilities are endless. You can see that each song will sound different and have a beauty of its own. As of today, there are 3 recorded versions and a choral arrangement in pdf format. The lyrics can be found through our download screen. The English language lyrics cannot be modified but translations to other languages will be welcome. Once your song is completed, please upload it on Songweavers.Some of you already expressed interest and great honor to be a part of this significant and important project. Others, have not yet responded. I need everyone's response by Monday. If you cannot join us, I would like to give this honor to other members. So please place your responses on our FORUM.

Johnny Gray created the cover for us.We will than produce a CD and send Mr. Peres a copy in gratitude of his generous, moving and touching gesture. I am sure he will be very proud to see his dream and vision of working together for Peace through music fulfilled.We are also working with the largest charity site in the world. IllumAlliance Humanitarian Group/Beyond Borders TV which is scheduled to open in the next two months. This is the largest charity site in the world and will appear on TV, Radio, Videos, Cell Phones and Internet throughout the world. If absolutely necessary we will honor an extension.
Let's spread some positive energy, inspire others to travel with us on our journey and show the world that we can come together, spread peace, love and unity into our divided world, through music. We can set an example, show the new and the young who are our future and can change the world.
