Born Dennis Brown Jr., Offshore began rapping at age 15 but started becoming serious about his gift after entering a local talent show in Nassau, Bahamas. Blowing the competition out of the water, so to speak with his third world flow and captivating stage presence, it was there he realized that Hip Hop was truly his calling.
It was also there that a local label, Klapboard Records recognizing his talent sought after Offshore to be apart of the board. Accepting their offer, a young and enthusiastic offshore collaborated with D-Bo on “What I Live 4 Remix” which made its way onto the top radio station in the Bahamas and also onto the Caribbean’s Finest Mix-tape hosted by DJ Envy. Also around the same time, he was able to get his feet wet opening for acts such as: 50 cents, Young Buck, Lloyd Banks and Trina all by age seventeen. However, just as the young emcee’s career had started picking up he would have to leave his home of 17 years and relocate to the United States. Now facing the option of going to school or getting a “real job”, Offshore chose Music and enrolled in school where he learnt the technical side of the art.Now the “Rapper, Slash Producer, Slash Ghost Writer, Slash Make everything on ya song tighter”, at age nineteen is more driven than ever on accomplishing his dreams of becoming an artist and putting the Caribbean on the Hip Hop Map.Contact Info 770-940-6713 (My New Number Folks)
