The band starts to burn stages since 2002, known with the name Dead Poets' Society, as coverband of Audioslave,Red Hot Chili Peppers and most of all System Of A Down.
Some months later they became the only official tribute band of System Of A Down, playing across all Italy with the "Angels deserve to die tour".
After a couple of months their name is well know in all the country.
In 2003 the band start to fix interest into their own songs,so Dead Poets enter in one of the most important studios in Italy: the Red House Recordings, followed by two great producer, Andreas Venetis and David Lenci.
The band recorded an extract of their first album and change their name into Dead Poets.
The band play on all the important pubs and stages in Itsly for the second time to promote their just recorded promo.
Dead Poets started to catch the attention of important people and to win some prizes in many music contest in the country.
In 2004 the band entered in the Era-Zero Project, which will permitt them to play abroad in two great showcases: Barcelona and one year after, Dresden in Germany.
In June Dead Poets continue anyway to play in Italy many many times.
Some labels began to be interested in their music and the band started a great partnership and collaboration with Alkemist-Fanatix Europe, one of the greatest Management Agency, which will take care of a future deal for the band.
From September '05 started the 3rd italian and european tour, with a second singer, Gianluca, which will replace definetly the first singer some months later.
In Jenuary 2006 they're called to partecipate in a promotion with Rai television in the San Remo Festival: an opportunity that permitted the band to meet important persons in the show business.
Dead Poets continue their rush, organizing a non-profit tour for Emergency Organization, with the collaboration of The Jack Productions in Centre America: they will play at El Diablo Fest II in Nicaragua,Honduras,Costa Rica and El Salvador.
