Kim manages Keith Shocklee the creative mind that was part of the infamous "Bomb Squad" Production Team (i.e. Public Enemy, Ice Cube, etc.)
She also manages talented recording artist Taihisha a/k/a Taihisha Grant. Check out the current dance hit she co-wrote entitled "Little Thingz", mixed by DJ Pasha at wwww.myspace.com/taihisha. Her writer credits include "If You Believe" (To The Land of Happiness) featured on the NMC Groove Compilation and the "Hang The DJ" Soundtrack. As well as Reina's top 10 dance song "Anything for Love".

While at BMI, Kim affiliated writers, producers and artists such as Jay-Z, The Wu-Tang Clan, Faith Evans, Minnesota, Mos Def, Public Enemy, Clark Kent, Soul Diggaz, Amel Larrieux, Tony Kelly, Busta Rhymes, Rockwilder, etc.
While at Universal Music Publishing Group she signed Kelly Price, Mary J. Blige, Gerald Levert, Common, Eve, Swizz Beatz, Aaron Hall, LT Hutton and Hustlechild to name a few.
This was just the next faze of her career which started in contract administration where she was involved in handling legal correspondence for artists such as Public Enemy, LL Cool J, Ed Lover and Doctor Dre, Run DMC, Busta Rhymes, Leaders of the New School, Sean “Puffy†Combs, Buju Banton and Tony Kelly.
