Sounds Like:This is what Bass Player Magazine said about my album:
"While his good genes may help (he's drum god Peter Erskine's nephew), Damian Erskine's significant facility, big pocket, and harmonic awareness are what comes when talent and hard work collide.  Trios is Erskine's first disc as leader, and it's an auspiciously musical undertaking. While many bass-led debuts languish in technical self-abuse, Erskine's modern jazz is fresh, listenable, and yes, studded with bass tricks aplenty. (JH)"

From my very first Everyone Orchestra show a few years back. I got to trade solos with Kai Eckhardt!:
WOW! Found this online. I was was with the band "Brindle Creme". We had gone to Paris to try and really do it! We were poor (I lost 30 lbs. in 4 months) and we had to take a number of busses and metros to get our gear to the gig (3 trips total if I remember correctly!!!) but I wouldn't have changed a thing. Loved these guys and we had a blast! Check it out. This was our "big gig" at the MCM Cafe in Paris in Feb. 1999. It was shown in about 55 countries on MCM.
