About Me

My favorite quote is "everything in moderation including moderation": Because I am polite and responsible and nerdy, but sometimes it is nice to head bang naked in the gutter, mainly if the music is good. Once I came home from work and the ultimate party was left on my front steps- abandoned tube socks, 2 dozen empty chocolate pudding cups, and a drained whiskey bottle, that person knows what I mean and simultaneously commands contempt and respect. Primarily, I love to dance- dance, and dance, and dance, and slow dance. When I'm dancing and people I adore are there and I am having red wine or a whiskey sour then so much pleasure is coming at me from all angles that I can scarcely bear it. I tend to self destruct, once I was dancing in front of a juke box- which is one of my favorite objects- and one of my favorite songs began to play, and a rock and roll demon entered my body. My weak mortal shell couldn't contain it and my knee broke in the transaction. I tend to wake up with mysterious yet presumably well-earned bruises, at which point I like to inject some wholesomeness back into my life by having a bubble bath and a cup of tea in a tea cup and listening to either Senile 650 or a record previously owned by someone called "Edith" (written lovingly in cursive on the inside of the cover). I live for music and fresh clean sheets and black nights that smell like Halloween and dirty twisted sheets and penny candy and freshly bleached roots and lipstick and movies that make me laugh/cry and nylons with seams and tea parties and horror roasts and being hysterical in a good way- and try as hard as I can to be frenzied and passionate about as many things as possible to ward off apathy.----------------------------------------------------- -----Strip Tease/Burlesque/Go-Go Dancing Resume- I have performed at the following nights:Festivals: The Big Chill, The Rome Burlesque Festival (Micca Club), The London Burlesque Festival (Madame JoJos)London: Regular performances with Omigodimissyou- The Hellfire Club, Grind-A-Go-Go, Get in the Ring.
