The management team of Watchfire Music includes:

Peter Link - Creative Director, Watchfire Music is best known for his work as a composer and music producer in NYC. His work on Broadway earned him a wall of awards including a Gold Record, a NY Critics Drama Desk Award, several Tony Nominations. He served as Composer-in-Residence at the New York Shakespeare Festival for five years where he wrote the scores for many shows. He’s also composed for major motion pictures, television, ballet, opera and the Pop and Gospel music markets.

For two decades both Westrax Recording Studios and Link Recording Studios have been the musician's choice in NYC for recording and mixing independent music productions. In addition he has more than 1,000 inspirational songs in his publishing catalogue.

James Birch - President, Watchfire Music is the Owner and Executive Producer of Hardwood Productions in Santa Monica, CA specializing in video-based communication.

For the last ten years, Jim has worked with national advertising agencies to create TV programming built around musical properties such as the New Orleans Jazz Festival, Guitar Magic with BB King and a classic car DVD collection featuring music from the Rhino music catalogue. Jim is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Watchfire Music to coordinate Internet marketing, music production and artist-licensing activities. Jim has a BA from Occidental College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
