Angela Clemmons has been a professional jingle and background singer for over 20 years. She has recorded and performed with artists such as Ray Charles, John Legend, Celine Dion, Aretha Franklin, Jewel, Vanessa Williams, Gregory Hines, Sarah Brightman, Steely Dan, Roberta Flack, Smokey Robinson, Cyndi Lauper, Carole King, Laura Nyro, Michael Bolton, Elton John, Shania Twain, George Benson, Michael Jackson, Lauryn Hill, Juan Gabriel, Raphael, among many others. Her voice has also been heard on TV and radio jingles for Burger King, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, Coke, KFC, Slim Fast and many more. She did two albums for CBS Records, which included the number 4 disco hit “Give Me Just A Little More Time†.Now, the divorced mother of two active teenagers, Angela happily resides in Madison, CT. She continues to sing professionally, is the director of “Shoreline Soul†which conducts community choral gospel workshops and enjoys her position as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
