I'm LaJuan Carter - a New York area singer/songwriter.I have had the great fortune to back-up, both live and in-studio, artists like Celine Dion, Chaka Khan, Vanessa Williams, Moby, Heather Headly, Brandy, Tamia, Will Downing, Patti Austin, Ray Chew, Jenny Burton, Julia Wade and many others.I have been featured on many National Jingles, including...Sprite, Zest, Pizza Hut, Cheerios, Venus and Budweiser.My "BIG SCREEN" contributions have included a principal on-camera role in "Donnie Brasco" starring Johnny Depp and co-writer of the song "The Way I Feel" in Jaime Foxx's "Booty Call".Recent endeavors have involved co-writing the 2007-2008 theme for the Utah Jazz and performing earlier this year with the National Norweigian Orchestra in Oslo, Norway.I also have extensive Industrial Show experience, performing in major productions for IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and others.I am interested in collaborating with different song writers and music producers as a co-writer/lyricist/singer. I have a full recording setup and can work either live or virtually.
