About Me

My name is Master Po and I teach a complete Mixed Martial Arts Program. This program offers a different approach with the use of weapons and empty hand training. I have had the opportunity to train in a variety of disciplines for the past forty years. These styles consisting of : "Jujitsu", "Kali", "Aikido", "Karate" and "Kung-Fu".In addition, I offer "Edged, Flexible, Blunt Weapons" for sport, combat or self-defense.I offer "Double Weapons" that are identical to each other. This program consists of two sticks, knives, swords, spears, side-handle batons, pocket sticks and a variety of other weapons of choice.I also offer a "Mixed Weapons" form of training consisting of sword and shield, sword and dagger, sword and net, net and fork, spear and net and others. This form requires extensive training in all ranges of combat.I have a comprehensive "Boxing" and "Kick-Boxing" program that teaches you the sport form of combat.Another aspect of training is: "Street Self-Defense", "Street Combat" and "Survival Techniques".My Fitness Programs have changed hundreds of lives and develop "Muscle Tone", "Body Sculpting" and "Cardio Strength". Some of the programs I offer are called "Body Rock", "Cardio Kick- Boxing", "Slap Rock” and a combination of all the above. The programs consists of three levels - beginners, intermediate and advanced. My favorite cardio dance program is "Body Rock". This incorporates R&B hip hop music while bouncing, spinning, splitting, running and using snake like movements which heightens your heart rate and cuts the fat right off your body. There are several levels, so each level will not consist of the above movements. You start slow and work your way up to your own ability.By combining fitness and Martial Arts training, you will have the edge in sport, street combat and self-defense.Go to www.masterpos.com to be added to the mailing list for upcoming events. My Bio: I started Martial Arts at an early age of five. My first "Sensei", Uncle TI, began teaching me Jujitsu and Shotokan once he found out my two older brothers were bullying me. The only problem was, growing up in a bad neighborhood, they too had an interest in Martial Arts. My Uncle TI was an M.P. in the United States Marine Corp.My two brothers and I trained vigorously for several years. Eventually they quit and I continued. My older brother became a street fighter and used what he learned to survive on the streets. My second oldest continued his training and boxed in the streets against all challenges. His hands were the fastest I had ever seen back then.My two brothers were an amazing learning tool due to their strength, speed, skill and bullying tactics. Combined with this training, my Uncle continued my lessons in the Martial Arts and the Marine Corps way.I enjoy all forms of Martial Arts. My favorite form of combat is knife fighting. Because of this desire to teach this particular aspect of the arts, I was given the privilege to train the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Special Forces to prepare them for close-quarter combat.Second, to this are stick fighting, stick and knife, stick and shield, stick grappling, knife grappling, spear, whip fighting and more!Another favorite is rope fighting, grappling and binding techniques.Other forms of training consist of handgun, shotgun shooting, archery, knife, ax and spear throwing.I have other interests, but that is all for now. My Interests

My first interest would have to be the Philippine Martial Art of Kali. Next would be every other Martial Discipline from all over the world. I enjoy the art of the edged weapons such as sword, knife, spear and a combination of all three. Another aspect of the edged arts is; knife-throwing, knife-fighting and sword and spear fighting.Choreography has been a passion of mine since childhood. Ever since I was ten, my cousins and I would try to develop realistic forms of fight choreography. This is how we spent our free time while our friends played sports.I have had the opportunity to use this experience in film, video games and tournament demonstrations.Besides Martial Arts, I also enjoy boxing, dancing, singing, horseback riding and archery.

I'd like to meet:

I am interested in meeting Men, Women and Children, who would like to learn a street proven system I have developed for over thirty years. I will teach you to remove your fears and prepare you for the unexpected on the streets of today.More information go to: www.masterpos.com
