About Me

Chef Frank Helisek has been in the culinary art field for more than 15 years. Within those years he has dedicated himself to knowing many diverse cuisines. In his travels he has cooked in several different arenas, from four star restaurants and resorts to hometown eateries. Our staff has been hand picked and they include bartenders’, servers, pastry chefs, prep cooks, saute.. cooks, butchers and fish mongers. We strive to be the best here in Beaver County and also in the world. We hope to provide you with a delicious and entertaining experience.Chef for a Day is a fine catering company and personal chef service owned and operated by Chef Frank Helisek. We provide affordable fine dinning and multi ethnic cuisines for events such as: Corporate on-site functions.
