The Jukes pride themselves on dispensing a crowd-pleasing mix of Blues, Funk, Rockabilly, Swing, and R & B 'party tunes'. With tightly arranged originals and carefully selected cover songs, The Jukes always deliver an energized and entertaining performance guaranteed to please the audience.
The members of the band have vast experience in live performance, having gigged all across the Ontario and beyond. Festivals they've played together are include the 2005 Southside Shuffle, the 2002 Oshawa Jazz and Blues Festival, and the 2002, 2003, and 2004 SpringRise Festivals. They were also the first full band to perform live-to-air at the new CKLN-FM 88.1 studios, during the 'Lowdown 2 Uptown' program.
Members of the band have shared the stage with musicians such as Danny Marks, Frank Cosentino, Little Bobby Chorney, John Taylor, Rob Watson, Al Lerman, Danny B, Johnny Max, Johnny Pennino, Steve Grisbrook, Gary Taylor, Rod Phillips, Michael Fonfara, The Meteors, Jack de Keyzer, and Mark 'Bird' Stafford. Together this unit continues to thrill blues lovers wherever they play.
