Born in the mid 70?s to a Motown fan and a Rock-n-Roll musician, a life in around music was a certainty for Kidd. In 1990 he met DJ Topspeed (Indiana?s premier DJ) who became his mentor and close friend. Since the early 90?s, deejaying has provided Kidd with the opportunity to travel coast to coast appearing at car shows, colleges, concerts and nightclubs, where he has been able to demonstrate his skills in Hip Hop and as a Turntablist. Kidd has been featured on countless internet sites including the No.1 Car Show Lifestyle magazines Gaugemagazine.com. He has also appeared in national magazines including Mini Truckin, Truckin, High Beam, Lowrider and Sport Trucks.For Kidd, deejaying is not a job or hobby; it?s who he is! He sees being a turntablist as being a musician, just as much as a guitarist or pianist. Using turntables, a mixer and records he manipulates the sounds and vibes to reach and move people.
