62PENNIES - R.I.P.
62pennies is no longer a band. After 6 years of doing what we love we have decided that it is time to end 62pennies.
We want to thank all the people that watched us play, came to shows, bought a cd, told a friend about us, added us on myspace, or even just said hi - THANK YOU!
We had some of the greatest times in 62pennies and always aplayed every show possible and played with some gret bands, extra thanks go to Blakfish, Klay, A Day Called Desire, Sikth, and Che, along with all the promoters and venues that put us on.
The band was always about playing passionate music and giving our all to every person that saw us play, and we are very happy with our efforts, but feel since the line-up changes and sound changes 62pennies had ended and it was time for us to move on.
62pennies was Jake, Steve, Dom, Dave and Gavin and as things changed after Jake left, the band changed alot, we tried to carry on strong, but somethings just aren't meant to be.
We will upload some old pics and some of the older tracks soon.
Dom, Steve and Gavin are moving on to start a new band
SHAPES , so please go and check that out once things get moving.
Thanks again, we love you all. 62pennies x
We're gonna put some old pennies tunes up

Terra Incognito Acoustic Live
Having played with the likes of Enter Shikari, Sikth, Skindred, 4ft fingers, My Awesome Compilation, Exit Ten, thisGirl, Dopamine, A Case of Grenada - the band excel live, as reviews show -
"along the line of at the drive-in, without sounding like them, or anyone else for that matter"
"post-hardcore that isn't girly in the slightest ...throwing shapes like dissidents throwing petrol bombs"
"passionate builds and neck-breaking beatdowns"
