Geeky Band record
We are here to help bands, by that we mean we respect bands' opinion and direction, and we just make things a little easier for them. There is nothing behind us other than the fact that we love music and we want to help good music to be heard to as many people as possible.
But this does also mean that we DO NOT provide services FOR bands. We do things WITH bands. If a band is working hard to organise a tour, we will work WITH bands asking promoters/venues for gigs, but we DON'T organise entire tour FOR the band.
Bands are still the main decider of what to do, we are just a little extra help. That is the DIY (DO IT YOURSELF) philosophy.
As Geeky Bands Record says, our main passion is to create records of bands we love, anything else is what we do within what we are capable of.
by "little extra help" we mean that we can:
- Record songs for the bands
- Get CD printed & packaged cheap
- Online sales of band Merch
- Help bands to get gigs
- Help promoting gigs
- Help bands heard to more people
There is nothing so special about this Label, we are geeky music lovers with no intention to be rich or famous, just intention to spread good music we like.
I'm still looking for people to work with, in particular A&R. If you really love the underground music, and have what it takes to discover good bands please let us know
