And I want my other teen out of these schools , but Aaron Dressler from CSD, talked to her alone and convinced her into signing a document, agreeing if her grades didn't go up at least one grade each per class that they would have to put her into a foster home. Well , my daughter is 14, and our schools rules and tests are still hindering education and violating her rights. Dressler still hasn't called me for a while since. But thats probally due to the fact that oooh "I may be Right after all because, my counsilor Joffee said that my behavior was understandable, and my suspisions over these schools having nazi connections are "liable." July 16th, 2007, I got my daughter Kalie back on the 4th of July, No one know the pain of even thought of losing your child to Nazi WOLVES. The CSD said there wasn't any reason why my kid couldn't be returned to me. And the strange thing is, is that csd won't investigate these schools. And Aaron Dressler Magicly dissappered In the middle of this chaos. I'm so sorry, I feel like betrayed these children for sake for my own. I left so many clues on Dressler's Answering Machine to prove what I said was true about these schools. Maybe I gave them to many clues and now they dropped my case without even bring charges against the Schools that pointed the finger at me. But I now get it, Ya see they want the puppies, not the big Dogs.So now Im begging for help with these schools and these rules. And now Im so so sorry for our kids. I don't Have money to start a case. What Im expose to do now?? I can't protest these schools if I am to put my children back into them because I would be causing my daughters more embarrassment.
9/23/07 I went to enroll my younger daughter at Springfield middle and I found out the Rosenbaum is Counsilor at both schools yet, Ms. Stinson retired. So now their are 2 new Principles at Hamlin so I went ahead and enrolled her at Hamlin. I already got on the New Head Principles Nerves because I was a Smartalic to him. I'll tell you the whole storie if you write me a message. You would have to be there because it was kinda funny! Any way. I hope this year is much better than the years before!!

It may be possible that you have heard of me. I am ROBIN HOOD , one of your own students from the past , I am the person who has been trying to appeal to my daughters punishments for wearing a pink and black beanie cap. I was raised by this school system and yes even my father went to the school on mill st(the school board building) when they believed in corporate punishment and demanding respect. Well it didn't work, he grew up an angry man. He also believed in demanding respect, quite, and corporate punishment. Well i can say it did not work in our family either. When my daughter first told me that she received a referral and detention for wearing her beanie durning lunch time. I listened to her story and i believe my child because she even told me that even a janitor (muller?) once asked her to take it off. And she also informed me that Ms. Rosenbaum asked her three times. She informed me that she kept going in and out the cafeteria door way. And when ever she went out side she put it back on and she would then walk back inside just not paying much attention. Well I remembered that same morning i had spoken to Ms. Rosenbaum about my mother getting hit by a truck and we had been dealing with getting saftey devices on the streets and the traffic control man said on the news that their wasn't really good enough reasons even after I had listed so many reasons and Ideas for saftey. I figured Ms. Rosenbaum would remember and would have some understanding even about that so i decided to call her explain as much as i could about the vague rules etc. And to share the punishment because I also felt responsible after all I am the one who told her to wear it.I have been begging and pleading for unity and social tools in our schools since the first year that my daughter was enrolled there at hamlin. Ive been begging the schools for tutors threw out the years for my daughter. I still have not seen the benifits of the No Child left behind Policy for my child. And I ROBIN HOOD/Warfield/HAYES/YOUNGER/LEE/MOORE/BOHERER/HOLMAN/KIMSEY ETC. now declare that all of my children and future grandchildren are EXEMPT from any war in any country that is attached to our Bible in any way! My and my childrens blood line is American Made and our own fore fathers layed down their own lives in civil wars for freedom and the Constitution of the United States. My cousin Rutherford B. Hayes SCOTTISH? FRENCH?, The Youngers,Cole,Bob, jim, etc. Martha Kimsey, Boherer, The Youngers great granddaddy was Robert E. Lee.Family Feauds of the Manions and the Robeys IRISH?ENGLISH, german, jewish? My mothers brother also served, and my father was blind in one eye so he left the Army.Oh Ya my Daddy? Well WARFIELD? So if you want somebodys blood come and get mine because I will not stand by and see any child being brain washed into joining any war that is not a worthy cause. With everything that she has.In order for you to understand why its so important for me to see some of the rules to be changed in our school system, i will have to tell you what I have been experiancing lately in and around the schools, staff, kids,teachers, and rules. There has been punishments for body movement, cloth, and speaking. There has also been unwelcomness, no compassion, no compromise. I have been watching the news and these children have been go krazy, and i know exacactly why. The answers to alot of the problems lay in the students rights and responsibilitys handbook and the year books of the past. I want you to read the gang material rule over and over again. Read the part where it says No Act No Speak NO Sign. Okay if you do not want them speaking threw gang material ya better find another way for them to speak. Now open up the year books of the past. The 50's the 60's and so on. See how much has been takin from our children. Social Clubs, Civic Clubs, theatre groups, dance squads, etc etc. Our children have been Quite for to long and If you do not let them speak there, they will find other places and way to express them selves. And if we are treating these children like this now, how will our children treat the future children and elderly of the world when they are in charge?Okay December seventh I spoke to Ms. Rosenbaum, I let her know that I and my children had been visiting my mother in the hospital. I let her know that i had been trying to get saftey devices on the streets and the traffic control man said there wasn't good enough reasons to put in saftey devices, even after i had listed for him all the reasons. Ms. Rosenbaum asked if she was okay, and i told her my mother was in pain and she had ten staples in her head.. Well the day i told her this, this is the very same day that Ms. Rosenbaum tested my daughter for respect, not knowing I had been trying to find out what was okay to wear and what was not. Because there is nothing listed in the rules of common gang material, its what ever may or might be "considered". But i have been doing alot of studing about what is so called "Gang Material". Sorry to tell you this but you are banning all of Our American History and bibical history all popped into one group. This is an opportunity for teachers, staff, children, etc to pick at children over what they like, believe, or care about. And it is also limiting our childrens education, etc. I have been finding out not only children have been getting cloth picked off but also, catholic symbols, christian symbols, indian heritage, belts, or what ever teachers or staff may or might be offensive to them. You can not learn anything by covering the real reasons for war,ignorance,seperation, etc. The flag that is flown out side our schools tells the stories of wars our own fore fathers died for allready. And there is every kind of DNA behind every one of those stars.My daughter came home and told me that she had gotten a refferal for a beanie cap, and i couldn't believe it because i had went in two years before asking Ms. Blankenship what was okay to wear all day.When my child was in the sixth grade she came home one day and told me that Paisley scarves were banned from the school, I asked her why. She said because they think they are gang related. I couldn't believe it. This scarf has been in this world for decades. It has also been worn by INDIANS, COWBOYS, my grandmothers, and grandfathers, and it was the last thing my father gave to me. Even after she (Blankenship)told me that they think it is because they use them. I still did not think it was fair or logical. So I questioned it. I went to wall-mart and i bought two of them and brought them into the school, i brought them to the office and asked Ms. Blankenship which one was okay to wear all day. She patted the hawaiian looking one and said 'Okay she can wear this one all day, but she can't wear anything with a Paisley on it." and then i asked her " even though its lavendar?" she said " yes As long as there isn't a paisley on it its fine" I still didn't get it so i did some research on the paisley itself, and come to find out that is a very old symbol, over 2000 yrs old holy men use to wear it and it is a hindu print from india. It stands for eternal life(the Palm) what so rude about that? Nothing! Because as christians we may use the different this to stand for eternity. The seed, the promise, the cloth, robes, vails or what ever we may be comfortable with in our hearts and minds.I am a person that has been around allot of differant races and familys and religions. I have been around all kinds of music and dance and style changes. I myself went threw differant stages and styles as a child and adult. When i was a small child i listened to nursery rhymes, and music. When i got older i loved disco music and at the same time I was influanced by my brothers hippie, and classic rock n roll. I was also a child who loved to dance and skate at skate world and the Rollaidium skating Rink that use to be on Q st.
I even went to skate world in costume when holloween came around. Well one year i decided to make my own. I used all kinds and colors of scarves all over me and they flew when i dashed around that rink. I won second place. I guy in an awsome punker outfit won first place. Which was well deserved.After graduation I really didn't have much choice but to go to job corps, and that is wear i learned allot more about differant races and peoples habbits, dances, music, styles, and behaviors. I also learned about taking sides and joining a team or a new kinda family. We nicknamed each other we avoided anyone who played head games and people used scare tatics to keep you in line. I learned more about jealousy, revenge, greed, and failures to keep myself on the straight and narrow path threw life. Even though i may have tripped a few times in my life. And it is beause of those experiances that i can see when children are getting brain wash , bullied, lied about, and scolded for small things like hand moving or body movement or just saying hi . I keep witnessing and hearing alot of things about this school system and believe me things dont look pretty.ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL.THESE PEOPLE IN OUR SCHOOLS AND SCHOOL BOARD KNOW WHO I AM, AND THEY HAVE THE POWER TO ERASE INFO, AND USE VAGUE WORDS TO AVOID THE REAL STORY. THEY POINT THE FINGER AT THE CHILDREN AND PARENTS FOR THE TEENS WILD BEHAVIOR ALSO.

The time of the corps' formation is remarkable, because it coincided with the battle of Kursk. At that time the turn in the tide of the war was not only established, it was reinforced by the Red Army in several subsequent operations. After that, the situation in the Middle East caused no anxiety in anyone. The school board apparently heard rumor of this and chose to pass a policy banning the wearing of armbands to school. Violating students would be suspended and allowed to return to school after agreeing to comply with the policy. Mary Beth Tinker and Christopher Eckhardt chose to violate this policy, and the next day John Tinker also did so. All were suspended from school until after New Years Day 1966 when their protest had been scheduled to end.[edit] The case
Their parents, in turn, filed suit in U.S. District Court, which upheld the decision of the Des Moines school board. A tie vote in the U.S. Court of Appeals meant that the school board's decision continued to stand, and forced the Tinkers and Eckhardts to appeal to the Supreme Court directly. The court's 7 to 2 decision was handed down on February 24, 1969. It held that the First Amendment applied to public schools, and that administrators would have to demonstrate constitutionally valid reasons for any specific regulation of speech in the classroom. Justice Abe Fortas wrote the majority opinion, holding that the speech regulation at issue in Tinker was "based upon an urgent wish to avoid the controversy which might result from the expression, even by the silent symbol of armbands, of opposition to this Nation's part in the conflagration in Vietnam," and, finding that the actions of the Tinkers in wearing armbands did not cause disruption, held that their activity represented constitutionally protected symbolic speech.Justices Hugo Black and John Marshall Harlan II dissented.
