Come the summers change and not without hurt...the winters are never warm...come stand by me girl feel the calmness...right before the storm...i never wanted to hurt you....but now theres something you should know...and even though i could not face it...ill whisper it into your ear...im a mess now....im a mess...a scar that never fades..and like bad junk and fucked up nights no one will ever know how it feels...im a mess now...Dirty black-top oil smells...now this road has a life of its own...im gonna steal a car today and drag down it all alone...turn the radio up till it krackles...let it vibrate until my ears bleed ...and try to push the gas pedal through the floor till you give me what i need ...lets remind ourselves of this......and find us on the flower....the past is forgiven and stays where it belongs...though the story told if asked...and the focus is tomorrow...and what we can do to change a wrong into a right...the sweetest dreams are reserved for those who say never good-bye...and know we will see you soon...and drink well my friends ...for now we celebrate the new birth of the city...we are the last gang in town....
