I don't drink coffee; I take tea, my dear

About Me

"Thank God for tea! What would the world do without tea! How did it exist? I am glad I was not born before tea." - William Gladstone, British Prime Minister.

The Tea Appreciation Society was originally set up in 2007 by a small group of designers who LOVE tea.
We LOVE tea, we drink tea and we use tea for those moments when you need some inspiration, relaxation or just to forget the din of the world.
Tea is just bloody brilliant.
Since 2007 the Tea Appreciation Society has grown into a wonderful world wide collective of artists, musicians, photographers, surfers and other creative types.
Our passion for art and the creative spirit fuels our desire to make our world a better place to enjoy.
We are a collective of designers, artists, musicians, photographers, surfers and philosophers This is who we are; these are not just the things we do.
We believe in work and play, with the emphasis on play.
Tea offers us an opportunity for quiet contemplation and shared moments of intimacy with friends, enabling us to reflect, be inspired and create.
That's why we appreciate the tea. The "Tea Appreciation Society" supports Fair Trade Tea
