***Stevie Lovelight was born Stephen John Schaaf in El Paso, Texas in the most beautiful year of 1962.Then growing up in Pennsylvania & Ohio in the 60's & 70's was so Very Cool and Most Magical with alot of Good Times with Family, Friends & Musicians.Stevie started playing the drums at age 7 & performing music all through school and at age 15 performing & getting paid for Wedding Receptions, Bars, Parties and Parades.Stevie's main 2 bands in the 70’s were -PURE MUSIC-(Rich Switzer) and -NIGHT TRAIN EXPRESS-(Wayne Garrett). After Graduating MAPLEWOOD (ROCKETS) High School the "most talented" of his class & receiving the John Phillip Souza Award in 1980, Stevie then worked in his Father-Ronnie's heating & air-conditioning business-Schaaf Brothers INC.Then about 1985/86 leaving Warren, Ohio, Stevie moved to Cleveland, Brunswick & then Ashtabula, Ohio playing music and working for DCA Promotions doing Sales Management. Stevie then moved to Chantilly, Virginia-1987.Then in 1988 he moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama still working for DCA Promotions and playing music in the local Collage scene with the band -BENTLEY TOCK-.Finally after "getting wind" of bands like STRYPER, GREAT WHITE and GUNS~N~ROSES...Stevie left for Hollywood, California to further & pursue his dreams of Rock~N~Roll! Arriving June 6th, 1989, he joined the Rock Band -WANTED-!!! Kenny, Jeffrey, John E K and Stevie of -WANTED- Rocked Hollywood in the tail-end "hair bands" scene...almost getting signed to MCA RECORDS!! Stevie quotes: "Wow!!! Those were some crazy/cool/frick'n dayz..INDEED!!!" PERFORMING ALL THE MAJOR Sunset Strip Clubs~....back in the "Hey Day" of 80's Rock~N~Roll!!! Stevie loved all the after parties in Hollywood Hills with Rock Stars and Movie Stars & all the fun at the RAINBOW in Hollywood. Stevie left the band "WANTED" in 1992 to pursue other things.Stevie's personal love life in a "nutshell" is: Many a pretty girls and beautiful women growing up. Married in 1987 & divorced in 1992. Then In 1994 Stevie met his Beautiful Wife~Joanne. Pastor Scott married them in 1997 at Church on the Way Prayer Chapel. Stevie & Joanne reside in Van Nuys, California with their 4 Awesome Cats~Ventura, Whitsett, Hollywood, & Abliss.Over the 18 years of being in Southern California,Stevie has been involved in an array of different projects & musical endeavors, ranging from singing, songwriting & freelance drumming for various artists and bands in multiple musical styles-including Rock, Country, Experimental, Punk, Rhythm and Blues. He still performs & records locally whenever there is an opportunity.Stevie's most recent endeavors include -FlashRock.Com- -Schaaf Drum Innovations- ~N THE VAGABONZ~Stevie worked & volunteered on the ground floor development of FlashRock.Com-a 21st century website presence that creates music videos and promotes Unsigned/Indie Bands & Talent. Stevie still helps out behind the scenes and believes in the love & dedication of all the great people of FlashRock.com.Schaaf Drum Innovations (SDI)manufactures Glass Drumstick Jewelry and Glass Shell Snare Drums. JIMMY-Guitar~n~Vocals... PERRY-Bass Guitar~n~Vocals... BILLY-Percussion... IAN-Flute,Classical Guitar~n~Vocals...
