People's brains.
I'll also include people that I'd like to be in the presence of. Hmmm. The Dalai Lama, Mother Theresa, Freud, Carl Jung, Shakespeare, and Torey Hayden.
I have a vast range of musical interests from Hip Hop to Classical. Some of my more recent fave's include: Ani Difranco, Damien Rice, The Killers, Fiona Apple, Postal Service, The Verve, Dave Matthews and Fort Minor. And I can't neglect to mention the classics: REM, U2, Cat Stevens, The Cure, Van Morrison, The Beatles and the Pixies. I'm also really lovin' the Johnny Cash and Fiona Apple duet of Bridge Over Troubled Water these days. Best of all though are my talented friends: Sabrina Kufner, Cheryl Winsor, Hotti Mistress, and Jeremy Walsh.
I'm terrible at remembering them. I'll have to think some more...um. Nightmare Before Christmas, or anything by Tim Burton.
Always seems to be playing in the background. House. I hate to admit it but...Oprah.
All of Torey Hayden's books, McSweeney's short stories, anything by Rumi, A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers, A Million Little Pieces by James Frey, Still Life With a Woodpecker by Tom Robbins, The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett, Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carrol, The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver.
