Happiness. That's what these books are all about

About Me

A few years back, it occurred to me that a lot of people had some very counterproductive habits. Namely, they spent a lot of time complaining about little things that don't really mean that much. The weather. Traffic. Lineups. Artificial crises in the news.
What if people could replace these unhappy habits with happy habits? That's when I decided to write my happiness self-help book , which has now been published in 11 countries and 4 languages: Climb Your Stairway to Heaven: the 9 habits of maximum happiness.
But just reading a book about happiness was, well, just reading. It all would mean nothing without an action plan to actually create these happiness habits. The happiness book was not enough. So I created the Get Happy Workbook (see my profile picture). This really is not meant to stand on it's own; it is a companion to Climb Your Stairway to Heaven: the 9 habits of maximum happiness.
These two self-help books have proved to be very popular and very helpful to many people. I set up my Happiness Personal Growth Website , adding a whole slew of different features, including the ever popular Daily Dose of Happiness . So from one small self-help book to a whole website full of happiness and personal growth resources, and we are still going strong. Today, we spread happiness on MySpace, too.
It has been suggested that I place a link to Amazon for my best of the happiness books ... ;-) While I am at it, here is my Books on Happiness Listmania! .
