About Me

I am a former criminal lawyer who took a different path. I heard a little voice deep inside that told me to walk another way. After some resistance from my fears and my ego, I began a Soulshaping adventure that continues to this day, an adventure in self-creation. Excavating and honoring my authentic path demanded that I get really into the moment. To get there, I had to learn a lot of difficult lessons and do a lot of work clearing emotional debris, identifying my issues, learning how to peel away my warrior armor and open my heart.Those efforts culminated in my recently published book: Soulshaping: Adventures in Self-Creation (excerpts and free audio downloads at WWW.SOULSHAPING.COM) which I am dedicating all my energies to bringing into the world, to those who may benefit from it.I believe wholeheartedly in grounded spirituality. Something solid and rooted in all aspects of reality, especially the world of feeling:"The body is far more than a vessel for the soul. It is the field where the soul's lessons are harvested.
