Hmmmm.....I'd say that I'm pretty easygoing, mellow albeit with a bit of a devilish streak at times but rational enough not to go to extremes. I'm probably the type of person who should've started up an online diary like this a long time ago since I usually find that I can express myself better in text or in written form than conversing with someone in person sometimes. That said, I usually prefer to be more social rather than an introvert but that usually depends on the situation and the environment for me (God, does this sound a bit too much like an application for a job at Nortel than a MySpace profile? Sorry about that).
Did I mention I'm what they call a huge KNAC groupie? Huge enough of a KNAC groupie to actually go out and dedicate not one but 2 sites to KNAC's other DJ half which can be seen here:
THE FEMALE DJ'S OF KNAC
And here:
HEIR TO THE CHAOS THRONE
The last one's actually dedicated to former KNAC DJ Jackie Kay who now has her own show on Indie 103.1 so it's kinda like KNAC and she could use the promotion or something. And if there isn't a shrine done yet for that new radio program that the Rack-sorry, Vicki Vox, is now hosting in Texas I suppose I could oblige......

Take the quiz:
What 80's Metal Band are you? (with pics)

Metallica
You are a band with Metal in it's name. Metallica. You have no costume or make-up, you just serve metal up the ass. You rock!

The November 5 Human Rights Movement To Drop Tuition Fees

I'd like to meet:

Musicians for the most part, with Lemmy, Pat Travers, John Bush, David Lee Roth, Bruce Dickinson, Alice Cooper and Yngwie Malmsteen for starters.

Musicians I would have liked to meet: Dimebag Darrell (and surprisingly I really had that chance when Damageplan played Ottawa that one time in 2004 only to leave after the gig forgetting that the band were doing an autograph session afterwards......ARGH!), Rhett Forrester, Keith Moon, Phil Lynott, Bon Scott, John Lennon and Cliff Burton for starters.

Actually I can get along with just about anyone regardless if they're a musician or not. I do have common interests outside of music after all. In fact I never rule out the possibility of one day engaging in a friendly game of "Twister" with the aforementioned female KNAC DJ's to whom my shrine is dedicated to at the risk of a possible beatdown by the husbands/boyfriends of said female KNAC DJ's (notice I didn't say "naked Twister").....on second thought maybe the husbands/boyfriends of said female KNAC DJ's can join in as well. In the occurrence in which one of the female DJ's loses her balance while executing one of those human pyramid type of gyrations and falls on my face ass first I bear no responsibility for those actions and that's a matter that must be taken up with the makers of "Twister" and any living descendants of whoever discovered gravity. ..

And some 80's new wave/old school rap/even older school country/some Celtic and blues? Because I honestly think that this isn't a complete list.

Movies:

"Con Air", "Big Trouble", "The Blues Brothers", "Talladega Nights", "Dazed And Confused", "The Stoned Age", "Strange Brew", "Shaun Of The Dead", "Hot Fuzz", "Metal: A Headbanger's Journey", "The Decline Of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years", "Zoolander", "Trainspotting", "Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels", "Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back", "School Of Rock", "Breaking Away", pretty much the whole "Star Wars" and "Lord Of The Rings" trilogy, "Farenheit 9/11"

"The Daily Show", "The Colbert Report", "Married...With Children", "Arrested Development", "South Park", "The Venture Bros.", "Sons Of Butcher", "Aqua Teen Hunger Force", "My Name Is Earl", "The Simpsons", "Family Guy", "American Dad" (yes, I know it's an absolutely blatant and shameful "Family Guy" ripoff especially from its debut episode but after a few episodes watched out of curiosity it looks like it's starting to develop a bit more of its own personality), "Trailer Park Boys", "Rent-A-Goalie", "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia", "Metalocalypse" (all hail Dethklok!), "Billable Hours", "Futurama", "The Wrong Coast", "Most Extreme Elimination Challenge", "CSI", "Law And Order", "That 70's Show", various other shows related to music and documentaries

Books:

Usually I'm into detective and mystery novels but unfortunately I'm terrible with remembering author's names out of the several books I've read. Although authors such as John Le Carre and Danielle Steele - I'm certain - have written several books I've enjoyed in the past. Actually the only books I think I've ever hated that I've read would be "Great Expectations" and Margaret Atwood's "Edible Women" (wow, the one author I can remember by name and I hate her work).

Let me rephrase that because I've been reading a bit of Ian Rankin's work as of late regarding his character John Rebus. Particularly "The Hanging Garden".

Also a favorite of mine are the autobiographies of Chief Dan George and David Lee Roth.

Heroes:

Lemmy, Pat Travers, Terry Fox, John Lennon, Wayne Gretzky, Louis Riel, Eddie Van Halen, Rory Gallagher, Cliff Burton
