Hi there, thanks for dropping by to visit my page! What can I tell you about myself? I'm a happily married, Christian, Aquarian , veggie, 30 something (constantly knackered) 'Essex gal' and mum of four gorgeous children. Among other things, I LOVE music, comedy, drinking, eating, cooking, my lovely hubby and my fab sprogs and my wonderful chums ...
Since I was 12 , I've suffered from a very weird condition called sleep paralysis which was very freaky at first but now I'm (sort of) used to it.
At university I studied psychology and though it may sound cheesy - I am trying hard to grow spiritually, emotionally and intellectually and be the best person I can ... oh yes, and I'm a gadget loving, Dr Who watching nerd too.
Well, I don't really 'do' music that much anymore - I realised a while ago I was too old and lardy arsed (not that it should bloody well matter) to ever be offered a record deal so I set up Delicious PR to independently release and promote my own albums :-

I've recently been involved in a project to raise money for research into a very rare ageing disease called 'progeria. This condition affects only 44 children in the world. It's been an honour to be part of this and a cause well worth supporting.

...And speaking of people I've never spoken to ... As well as some of my F.A.B friends (commonly known as PLU's) I'd love to have a dinner party with Stephen Fry, Tony Benn, Cynthia Payne, Cathy Burke, Bob Dylan, Anita Roddick, Eddie Izzard, Joni Mitchell, Molly Parkin and Sir Robert Winston ... In an ideal world (i.e these people were still alive), I'd have added Dorothy Parker, Simone de Beauvoir, Oscar Wilde, Pete & Dud, Ian Dury, R.D Laing, Ivan Illich, Kenneth Williams and Spike Milligan too! Of course I would like to meet Jesus, Ghandi and other obvious candidates but we're talking fantasy dinner party here - the serious stuff is for another day.
There are so many great movies but among my favourite films are; One Flew Over the Cuckoo's nest, Brief Encounter, Leon, Gandhi, Shine, A Beautiful Mind , Usual Suspects, The Terminator Trilogy, Schindler's List, Silence of the Lambs, Goodfellas, Matilda, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (my little girl adores this & we've watched it dozens of times together) ... I could go on and on...
My all time favourite book is The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupry
I recently discovered, one of my songs was available as a ringtone for mobile cell phones ... phew, fame at last huh? ;-)
