I run STAR FISHING ANGLING PARTIES which is based in leigh On Sea, Essex.

My family have been fishermen on the River thames in the Leigh area for at least 300 years. We have traced the line (excuse the pun) right back as far as 1780 when a Samuel Dolby was born.
My father is eighty next birthday and has been a fisherman all his life and, yet still occasionally comes to sea with me. He says he has salt water in his blood!

I have my own trawler and mainly fish for Dover Soles though I do also catch cod, whiting, bass and the occassional lobster!
