KAH'S BIOI grew up in that hot-bed of English culture that is Chatham in Kent. I had a pretty intense musical education touring with choirs in Eastern Europe, followed up by a few years singing jazz standards in bars in Scotland and Newcastle.
Now writing and recording from a corner of my bedroom in Canterbury, I am the proud owner of an EP and have just released the first single from my debut album.
I write, perform and produce all my songs ... more control freakery than ego trip though! In terms of writing I am really interested in putting vocals in different lanscapes, in trying to create different atmospheres and see how a character might live and breathe in them. Too much time spent gazing out the bedroom window and a lack of money makes me want to get out and explore through the best (and cheapest!) way I know ... through singing and song writing. I guess I just don't want to be in the same place twice.
