And so it is, just like you said it would be

About Me

Formed in 2005, Killer Crocs of Uganda pride themselves on a live set comprised of solid hard rock originals, occasionally seasoned with underappreciated B-side songs of punk and arena-rock legends.
Mark, Brian, and Lance hail from Clear Lake, in the shadow of the Johnson Space Center. High school buddies, they experimented in various bands until college and life happened. Nearly 20 years later, inspired by Halloween beer and tech career drudgery, they refound the passions that drew them to the Live Music Capital of the World.
Scott Lambie, a high desert compadre from out in the west Texas town of El Paso, offered just the right guitar layer to round out the full sound they were looking for: the melody-driven, hard rock foundation of the Foo Fighters and Soundgarden, with the soaring textures of early Smashing Pumpkins ... with due deference paid to the rock & punk gods of the 70s and 80s that they all grew up on: Black Sabbath, Devo, Judas Priest, The Cult, ...
In the summer of 2007, Killer Crocs of Uganda took a break from performing to record their first album, Almost Lost Tomorrow, at Jacketweather Studios in Austin.
KCoU may appear to be average white, middle-class, talentless geeks, but are in fact subtly powerful musicians who are hungry to suck the teat of rock super stardom.
