Firstly massive thanks to you for visiting our page and showing support you obviously rock....The history of Bad Day Rising goes back numerous years. We've always been based in Northumberland and will gig anywhere for the right crowd. Chris (vocals) and bassist Harry have been in bands together for years (Fightback) (Society's Rejects) (Two Rats Fast ) back in the punk rock days For the past few years, the line up of Bad Day Rising has remained the same, With the exception of "can we speed it up" drummer Chris Fox - ex Flamin Eights - who replaced Gor Hudson when he left the North East for the good old USA back in 2001 Good luck man . Musically, Bad Day Rising are a melting pot of punk rock and heavy metal....influenced by so many bands, we have something to offer everyone. We've even been known to dabble with a bit of reggae, obviously blended in with some kickass screaming metal riff provided by Vesh (metal guitarist through to the bone). Vocalist Chris Tait (Tety) is always unpredictible and full on (when we say unpredictible we mean the kinda guy who goes on holiday for 3 weeks but comes back over a year later)...well i guess its kinda rock 'n roll..
