Influences: I started the "Song a Day" challenge in late July just before heading out to the Rocky Mountain Song School this year. I hadn't written a lot over the year and wanted to do something to break out of my little rut. So I stole the idea of writing a song a day vis a vis Paul Reisler . I got together a list of all my songwriter friends, sent them an invite and came out of the week having written seven new songs and two songs I really liked.
