Right now I am so amped! The gardens here are up and I am finally over the super-bug that so plagued me this past winter. The grey veil replacing the sky beyond my vaulted window rips and is drawn away. I SO live the springime!!!The criminal and the soldier at least have the virtue of being against something or for something in a world where many people have learned to accept a kind of grey nothingness, to strike an unreal series of poses in order to be considered normal.... It's difficult to say who is engaged in the greater conspiracy--the criminal, the soldier, or us.I have surrounded myself in mediums that allow me to flourish creatively. Art, Music, Science and anything else that helps me gain a better idea of the world around me act as food for my soul. I have and always will be rebellious, sarcastic hedonistic and in love with the world around me in a way that most people just don't care to even explore.Also, I am not interested in working for your bar. Those days are over for now as I will be sailing the Islands this winter, working on TV in the spring and touring with my new band in the fall. So stop with all the bar-tending job offer temptations! Your killing me!Finally, if you are a band looking to whore yourself out and not contact me or write me first, well you can pretty much forget the add request. You will be denied unless I know you. I am out there in the trenches more-so than you are if in fact your basic idea of promotion is MySpace. Get it on the air. I am not interested in booking or playing with anyone other than the people I am already working with right now. Though understand, that I will listen to your band if you send me a friend request, that does not at all mean I will add you. Thank you all for understanding but I am getting inundated with ridiculous offers and it's getting old. Keep the faith!!!.. Mayor O'Malley and You Know Who!
