NEW MELLOW DOWN EASY ALBUM, Summer 2007

About Me

..
..

My name is Daryl Dasher. Most folks on the road call me Dash. In general, I think I'm a good guy, big heart, maybe a little emotional, dangerously passionate about music. I love to learn about wildlife, geology, different religions (most of wich I think are rather similar fundamentally), and embarassing stories about my close friends. I love the out-of-doors. I like to spend time in small towns like Meeteetse, Wyoming and Grover Hill, Ohio. I am in the Nashville rock trio, Mellow Down Easy, as well as the proud bassist of Country / Rock pioneer Ricky Lynn Gregg (who I am currently on tour with). Please check out MDE's or Ricky's myspace page for more details. I am also working with Jeff Kieth (Tesla) and Kent Goodson (George Jones)on a new project. I can tell you it has been one of the best learning experiences of my life, and that it has "Honky Tonk Stardust" sprinkled all over it. Details will follow at a later time. I am also currently working on material for my first solo Country album. I have great love and respect for Yellowstone National Park, and miss the folks I worked with there, but I am proud to be part of the Nashville music community - even though I'm just a wee-little guy in a big sea of talent.
