Born in the october of 1994 by Flavio and Massimo Tempesta , Disease are involved from 10 years in the italian metal undergorund playing extreme music with some , different influencies . In 1995 they released their first demotape "Dark hearth behind" that showed all the thrash-death influencies of the band in the veins of Slayer , Morbid Angel ecc. After some line-up changes they composed and recorded their second work out in the summer of 1996 the two songs "Promo 1996" that was enthusiastically rated by magazines , fanzines and metal fans. After other problems with members and new line-up changes , the band started to insert new music influences out from the tradicional way of death-thrash . New prog and melodic part were added , mixed with extreme metal and techinical parts : riff work became more complex, the voice alternated clean parts to growls giving to Disease a new musical identity which actually characterizes the group.During september 1997 Marco Mastruzzi (guitar) entered in the band . In the summer of 1998 Disease released "ADVTIXVIII" that changed definitely their musical prospective and destroyed all the barriers of genres : they called their style "Furious Italian Extreme Metal" , a definition of a personal identity in the ocean of underground band and trends created by big labels and magazines . In the 1999 new important line-up changes transformed the face of the band : Leonardo Orazi became the new bassist and after a long search to find a good vocalist in 2001 Flavio decided to take this role playing guitar and singing at the same time . After a lot of concerts and a home-demo never released the band started to compose the new material that will compose thei first album "5th wave , endless". In 2004 Disease released for the 10th years anniversary "Burning memories - demo coll. 1995-2001" , a cd compilation with all the demos recorded in their activity that raised an incredible feedback in the underground . The good resonace of " Burnig Memories" helped the band to enter in the rooster of the label Deadbang record that produced Disease's first album "5th wave , endless" , released in May 2005 : this work is the more complex and complete of the band a perfect integration of extreme metal fury and melodic , progressive moment . Actually the band had started to support the album with live concerts and is involved in the composition of the new material .
