I'm 41, I'm from Sydney, Australia, I've been into metal since I was 18.
I can remember the days when there was no genres in the metal scene, it was metal or it was shit. Plain and simple. And now there's nu metal, black metal, death metal, speed metal, power metal, melodic death metal, technical death metal, thrash metal, and a million others I cannot think of.
Old school is back in style now, but for some of us it never went out. Alot of the old school metal bands are reuniting, touring, some are even writing again.
I love to see live bands. I love to photograph them. I just love music period. One of these days I want to have an exhibition of photographs of metal bands, not just of my own pictures but pictures from people all over the world. It's one of my goals. I would also like to write a book about the days when metal was metal and everyone was drunk. ALL THE TIME. But to do that I need to find my memory lol! I have written bits and pieces, but one day I will get all the pieces together and maybe it will resemble a book.

I'd like to meet:

People from all over the world, who have some common interests with me. I have been to the USA 4 times and am returning again in October 2007, come and help me celebrate my next birthday in Hollywood.
I will post details of where and when when it gets closer to october, but all ya'll gotta be there or be square!!
I also want to meet tattooed people, some of them have the best stories about their tattooing experiences, some not so good as well. This is another subject I would love to photograph and put a book together about. Metal and tattoos, perfect!
I have quite a few online friends from being online over the years, and I have met quite a few of them on my trips to the US, but there is still a whole bunch of you that I want to meet some day soon.
