Michiel (Micc P) Pel is the lesser known, older brother of Floris Bones Pel aka B Phoenix and was born in the Netherlands. He, like Bones, found his way into music quite early in life. Influenced by a musical family and with music all around it was no surprise that Mike would start making some of his own and has been doing so since about 1988. Playing in several bands and as D.J. Thorin at the local dance scene he eventually packed up and left for the UK in 2000 where the RnB, dance hall and Grime scenes were a massive influence. Now living in Bristol he continues to write and compose RnB and Hip Hop influenced beatz where he aims to reflect what he sees around him and the experiences of daily life.
