Music I guess is a pretty big one. I like to play guitar and I write a lot of songs mainly in the heavy and harcore school of metal! I have spent more money than is reasonable on CDs and I do watch an awful lot of DVDs... Aside from these vices, I do enjoy a good drink, a bit of a read (books are beginning to replace CDs as my favorite frivolous purchase) and a little dance now and again. Oh, and drinking Coke, I drink a lot of Coke (it's just so good and so chemically addictive!)
The guy who invented Tie-Dyeing so I can erase him from history and thus avert the major international disaster that is hippies.
Lots and lots of it. Notable examples and current favorites go out to: Scarlet, Atreyu, Killswitch Engage, Chimaira, Trivium, 36 Crazyfists, Fear Factory, Eighteen Visions, Lamb of God, Bullet For My Valentine, Muse, Still Remains, Static-X, Norma Jean, Cold... God I could go on all day you know, but I won't. I also think "Stronger" by the Sugababes is a really nice song
There are many. I'll keep the list short: "The Way of The Gun" (very cool, full of unspoken dialogue!), "The Matrix Trilogy" (Okay, the second one was a bit "ooh look what I can do with my many many cameras" but I loved 1 and 3!), "The Crow" (very dark, very stylish!), anything by Kevin Smith, "Star Wars" (because I'm a boy and a geek), "Antitrust" (I find this to be a strangely motivating "I will be the best at what I do" kind of film). Oh and "Serenity" (The film of Joss Whedon's Firefly series, I was at the world premier don't you know!!)
24, Firefly (sooo good), Blackadder, Red Dwarf, Invader Zim, X-files, Scrubs
Generally Sci-Fi stuff with notable mentions going to Richard Morgan (for poorly justified yet somehow acceptable uses of extreme violence), Peter F Hamilton - Nights Dawn Trilogy (just huge) and Nick Sagan - "Idlewild" (weird, nihilistic and written in an appealingly offhand manner)
We don't need another hero!
