2) A number that, ironically, defines a musical entity with no definitions or boundaries. The number that represents two different people, two different styles, and one collaborative system.

IV) The number of circuit boards it took before they successfully programmed a robot to write their music and sell as their own. (The robot , although very unhappy, is still loyal to the pair).

System22 is the collective name of musicians Cody Williams and Sean Myracle. The pair met in 2000 by chance and quickly became mates - that's good friends for all you merry jesters out there. Although, admirers of each other's music for over 6 years, it wasn't until 2005 when the duo decided to combine efforts and re-create the way their music was written. While key influences can be heard in their music, the duo doesn't want any classifiable cite towards any specific artist and works hard to keep that originality .
The soundtrack behind system22 is an innovative blend of sounds and genres ranging from house, electro, new school breaks, new-wave, funk, hip-hop, rock and any/everything else in between. Except country. You show us a cowboy near a keyboard; we'll have our robot show you the door. And then the curb.

Their latest release contained an epic soundtrack to back an epic long battle between the heroes and a record label overlord who thought statements and royalties were the demise of civilization. Rebels with a cause, the duo took their payment ( a battery-less robot , known only as number two) reprogrammed him with the latest technology and sequencer know-how, and sent him on his misguided way. Unfortunately, they spent all the money on circuit boards ( see above IV ) and forgot to buy the battery .
