== Irida == Greek goddess Iris, the goddess of the rainbow, who was a messenger on Mount Olympus. Iris would take messages from "the eye of Heaven" to earth by the arc of the rainbow. The word iris also means "eye of heaven". It was the name given from the goddess, to a flower, and the iris of eye.
This means that -each of you carries a piece of heaven within-.
Irida is the symbol of Idea and Message. Greek men would often plant an iris flower on the graves of their beloved women as a tribute to the goddess Iris, and the duty was to take the souls of women to the Elysian fields.

But.... Look! All gods at mount Olympus fadeaway, and everyhing is different... A deadly silence in the mist and nothing seems to be the same..Whatever happened to them? Are they gone, or do they wander the world, still immortal, gathering what little belief they can and interfering with the lives of mankind. Are they trapped in a modern world that cares nothing for them, hoping one day to recapture former glories? Is there, too little belief to sustain them? Did they fall into the madness of twilight? Or they continue ruling in unknown parts of the universe?

We are all explorers, each sailing out on a voyage of discovery, guided each by a private chart, of which there is no duplicate. The world is full with gates, full with opportunities. A person is led on the path that he truly wants to travel on.......

Destiny is not a matter of chance, but of choice. Not something to wish for, but to attain.

Real happiness is not dependent on external things. The pond is fed from within. The kind of happiness that stays with you is the happiness that springs from inward thoughts and emotions.

You must cultivate your mind if you wish to achieve enduring happiness..

Prophecies, Visions, Occurrences and Dreams

If we are truly spiritual beings having a human experience, then we can take it that our spiritual self is here to 'experience' as much as we can through the human vehicle - this includes to laugh, to love and to be loved, to give of ourselves, to receive, to experience life through our emotions - yes, even pain, because without pain and hardship we cannot have an understanding of love and happiness.

Carry me out the ocean, where my drifting thoughts flow free. Guide them to a far distant land, that only the mind can see. There I shall paint a great portrait, of what this world should be. A place without senseless wars, and human poverty. -M. Hensel -

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly
One day a small opening appeared
He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours
It struggled to force its body through that little hole
Then it seemed to stop making any progress
It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could
And it could go no farther.

So the man decided to help the butterfly
He took a pair of scissors and snipped off
The remaining bit of the cocoon.

The butterfly then emerged easily, BUT,
It had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings
He continued to watch the butterfly
He expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge
And the body would contract
Neither happened!
In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling
Around with a swollen body and shriveled wings.
It was never able to fly.

The man acted with well-intentioned kindness
But he didn't understand the consequences.
The restricting cocoon and the struggle required to get
Through the tiny opening, were nature's way of forcing fluid
From the body of the butterfly once it achieved it's freedom
From the cocoon.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life.
If nature allowed us to go through life without any
Obstacles, it would cripple us.
We would not be as strong as we could have been
And we could never fly Have a great day, great life, and struggle a little.
Then fly!
