Sandra Frederiqué Heatherly a.k.a. SFH-Famous was 18 years old when she first heard of the hot .. community: Myspace.com. She found the site while surfing on the net looking for cool community sites. Creating a profile on Myspace was, for Sandra a non-serious action but it soon grew into a serious way of networking, showing people who she is and what she can do. Sandra also had a profile on the famous Dutch .. community site (sugababes.nl), a little bit like myspace, only with a weekly reset of the top list of the most beautiful girls on the site. Sandra was 1 of the most popular girls there and she also won the monthly: "Battle of the Babes" competition, which you can only win 1 time. But soon after she reached that, she began to get bored with the site. The other reason for her departure was that most members became too young and people, like she said herself, where “kissing her ass” to get more popularity. When she was only getting messages like: I love you Sandra, which she says is weird when people don’t even know you in real life, she decided that it was enough and she had to find something that was more like HER thing!
Sandra strongly believes in being yourself, being different then others and the ability to not copy other people gains you more respect and of course strengthens your personality. She hated to be compared with Lindsey Lohen, Nicole Richy and other people. " I’m an individual with my own style and own personality and it’s time for the world to see who SFH-Famous is. Let’s call it the SFH Style yeah!!" Thanks to myspace.com it happened.
"I’m so thankful for all the support I get, not only on myspace but also in real life. First of all I really want to tell all the girls out there: STOP WORRYNG ABOUT YOURSELF! I’m not perfect but see where I am now with just being me? In Holland it’s already going on a lot but I know that in the USA it’s far worse. Many people believe that you have to be like an ideal person with perfection such as those in magazines and film. If you don’t look like that or be like that you are just a peace of shit. WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT? Wake up all!!!! There are already too many of the same people walking on this planet. Don’t believe what you see in magazines. You think girls on myspace or on other sites are pretty? Yes they are. You know why? Thank god for make up and Photoshop!
I also "pimp" the pictures of myself with Photoshop, and yes I also put make up on, infact I LOVE MAKE UP, but I don’t hide the real me behind it and I’m not going to let people think that when I have a lot make up on that I look like that from myself. BULLSHIT. And it’s time that young and old women and even girls, who think people normally look like the pictures in magazines and do anything to be like that, have to realise that this is not perfection and that what they are seeing is all fake!!! Try to get where you want to be, without copying other people from a picture!
If you are just yourself and you let the different and refreshing you stand tall in this plastic, fantastic, fake world, I bet, you will stand out in the crowd and gain a better sort of respect and status!!!! You’re going to become popular because people will remember you because you are being you!!!!!
Sandra grew up in Harderwijk in Holland. At school she was always a shy girl who didn’t understood why girls at the age of 8 tried already to be young women. She didn’t like the girly things and was busier with terrorising the neighbourhood (ringing doorbells and things and generally being a pain). When she went to middle school she became interesting in taking care of people. She was always between the popular girls and the girls who got teased. Sandra didn’t want a label on herself. She always tried to help the teased girls. She always took care of other people and thought the popular girls at school where nothing but cheap bitches. “Her actions made very popular amongst the people who she stood up for, but made her hated by the "bitches". Now Sandra laughs the hardest and strikes back!!!! She had more male friends than female friends, because like she said herself: girls are always complaining, men are just laid back, relaxed and funny. No nonsense and crazy." She was so easy going with guys; girls easily became jealous of her.
"At high school she really liked going to school. With a lot of humour she made of everyday a party. Or maybe that had to do something with the fact she was more at home with the girls watching soaps then at school. Later that first year everything changed. After wonderful years full of fun, clubbing and of course boys she met the wrong one. In the beginning he was a nice guy who turned out to be a psychopath. he turned her life upside down. She stayed 1 and a half years in this "not healthy" relationship and finally was brave enough to escape. Like she says about it:
I now know when I first talk to people what personality they have. I am more alert and I think that’s a good thing. I know now how sick people can be and my radar won’t let me come near to that kind of person ever again. Because of the things that happened to me, life is a hard road everyday. Especially to deal with the memories, but I believe this happened to me for a reason. Of course I thought in the beginning: Why the fuck did it happen to me? But now I know that I can help other girls who are in the same situation. One thing about this and then I will never speak about it again: it made me really stronger and it’s a good life lesson. It also made me who I am today and I’m proud of who that person is”
SFH-Famous has a passion for trance, club and techno music styles. From the young age of 9 she became addicted to the beats of the genre. Going to a lot of huge dance events created the dream that she would one day become a DJ. Dreams are supposed to come true right?! :D
In January 2004 her role model Dutch actress Guusje Nederhorst died. To give Guusje her last honour she made a memorial site for her. Thanks to that site, which has been seen by a lot Dutch celebrities (friends of Guusje), she has made contact with the brother of Guusje who is very thankful that the site is still ... He, and his parents, get strength out of the site which is a reason for Sandra to keep continuing her work.
Back to myspace, Sandra wants to reach people all over the world with myspace to let them see that even normal girls from Holland can get respect and can be a role model.
"Life really changed for me and I now know that you have to take whatever you can get, don’t ever think that your not worth it because you are! Sometimes people complain to me that they think I can be very selfish, and yes I agree, I can be selfish, i already thought long enough of other people, now it’s my turn to enjoy and love the things that are on my pad. I don’t regret even 1 single thing that I did and people can hate me for that, I don’t care. Being happy begins first with yourself, if you are happy you can make other people happy but in order to do that you need to know and feel good about yourself first.”

Women that play war games? Yes they exist. Sandra Heatherly bought 1 year ago the war game Call of duty2 and soon after that she becomes known as “THE” game chick in Holland, Germany, England and Denmark. Sandra’s skills are high and because of that she gets many requests of clans to join them. For 6 months Sandra was a member of the German WKC clan. That clan stopped in January 2007 and Sandra decided to stay clan less after that!
In Germany almost everyone knows who Sandra Heatherly A.K.A. SFH-Famous is and she has been getting the name: Queen of Call of duty2. Guys eat your heart out because The Queen has no mercy! Some people are sceptic about the fact that a woman might be able to kick their ass and could bring damage to their ego. Sandra says about it: “I might like war games, beat guys in the game, but I will always be that Chanel and Dior loving fashion freak!

Because im the webmaster of the offical Guusje Nederhorst memorial site I wanted also to put a special place on my myspace for her! For the people who dont know who Guusje is. Dutch TV actress Guusje Nederhorst died of cancer at age 34. Ms. Nederhorst appeared in the Dutch TV series "GTST" and "Onderweg." She appeared as herself in the movie "All Stars" which dealt with an amateur soccer team. Ms. Nederhorst was married to Dutch rock star Dinand Woesthoff. She also wrote children’s books and songs for children.
Guusje always wanted to have children. After 2 miscarriages she finally became pregnant.When she gave birth on June 29, 2003 to her son "Dean Maddy"(named after the ex girlfriend of her boyfriend Dinand, who died of cancer), she finally had what she always wanted. But that wonderful feeling was not for long...
After the birth Guusje found out that there was something wrong with her body. She wend to the doctor and soon they found out she had breast cancer. In 48 hours time they told her that she would only have 6 months to live. Guusje wanted to spend the last view months with her boyfriend and their son. She didn’t want the media to know about the cancer growing inside her.
In September 2003 Guusje and Dinand married in Las Vegas. The wedding was only for close friends and family.
…then in January 2004.. The media found out that Guusje was very sick. Her manager told people not to panic and that she was recovering. 5 days later, on 29 January 2004 came the news that Guusje died early in the morning, in her home with a picture of her upcoming children’s book: Woezel & Pip in her hand. Guusje was making songs and a book for children from the ages of 0-3 in the last year of her life.
After her death, husband Dinand Woesthoff wrote and recorded his tribute to her: "Dreamer (Gussie's Song)". Most Dutch radio stations aired it on the day of her funeral (which would have been her 35th birthday), February 4, 2004, at 12:00 pm. Directly after the single hit the streets a week later on Feb. 11, it entered the major Dutch hit lists at the No. 1 position. All revenues of this single are donated to the Dutch cancer institute, the Koningin Wilhelmina Fonds.
