Matt Crook

Matthew James Crook was born in Lancashire in July 1987, and has been brought up and lived in rossendale, Lancashire ever since.He was brought up in musical surroundings travelling all over the country to concerts and rehersals with his Dads Brass band.He came to develop a real love of music as he grew up and after trying several instruments he settled on the drums after realising it was his gift.Through growing up playing lots of very different styles of music, Matt can fit into most playing situations comfortably, bringing a unique style and groove to the gig.He is now very accomplished after spending the last few years playing live gigs and some studio work with different bands and artists around the north-west.Recently Matt has started teaching and passing on his skills and experience to pupils both privately and in local high schools.Matts passion for playing the drums is ever increasing and he says he is still only just scratching the surface!If you would like Matt to join your band for a one off or many gigs, or if you're in need of a permanent (and commited) drummer to join your band full time then you can contact matt via e-mail or by phoning him on the details below.
