Hello, I am a member of My Space since the 19th september 2007. I’ m a guitarist and songwriter and I am playing guitar since my youth. I grew up with the songs of the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Simon and Garfunkel, Joan Baez, Franz Josef Degenhard and Hannes Wader, John Denver,Cat Stevens and I like the songs of Eric Clapton, J.J.Cale and some more too. I also like to play classical guitar and flamenco. As a student I gave some concerts of classical music and flamenco throughout the Republic of Germany. After a pause I was reactivated and gave concerts for a good purpose in favour of help for children fallen ill with cancer and other social important organisations. For about 2 to 3 years I give concerts, performing the music of the sixties with songs of the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Donovan, Joan Baez, Peter, Paul and Mary, Eric Clapton, John Denver and with songs of my own. I have produced 3 CDs, the latest one with songs of my own in a studio 2007. It contains 12 songs and instrumentals I've written in the last two years in the style of classical songwriting. In addition tere are two spirituals. The music is performed by myself in an unplugged manner with a good concert guitar. I usually play without technical equipment in locations with a good acoustic. My traditional November-concert took place in Stadtoldendorf in the lower saxony/Germany on the 9th of November 2007. I have performed all my own songs and some own instrumentals and songs of the Beatles, Bob Dylan, John Denver and Ralph McTell in more than 2 hours successfully. The house was full and my own peaces were as well accepted as the coversongs. CDs: Folk And Oldies 2005 (Limited Edition, sold out), Back to The Roots (2006,Limited Edition, sold out), Unplugged Songs For Guitar (2007, regionally sold). Now the titles of all my CDs are available online on iTunes and on www.musicload.de under my name Karlheinz Fey published by my online label Fuego (www.fuego.de). They are now also available at the most MP3-shops all over the world. At the moment I make new songs and I gave a benefit concert with classical guitar music (u.a.J.S. Bach, F.Sor, F. Tarrega), brasilean guitar music (H.V.Lobos, Baden Powell, Luiz Bonfa) and some Flamencos in the first part and songs of Bob Dylan, the Beatles, Leadbelly, the Mamas and Papas, Steve Goodman, Hannes Wader, Franz Josef Degenhard and some songs of my own on the 19th of april 2008. It was the first time I combined the classical music, flamenco and brasilean music with my favourite songs. The concert was to me and the audience a great fun and success. So I am preparing an other one. It may also be that I am going to produce a new CD with songs of my own and songs of Bob Dylan, the Beatles, Ralph McTell and others. She stuff is just now in my mind.
