John Corvino, Ph.D., is a writer, speaker, and philosophy professor at Wayne State University in Detroit. His column “The Gay Moralist” appears bi-weekly at 365gay.com.He is the editor of Same Sex: Debating the Ethics, Science, and Culture of Homosexuality (Rowman & Littlefield, 1997).
